Requirements:

1. Min. BA/BS in Journalism, English, Technical Communications, Computer Science/IT, Business Admin or related field.
2. Min. of five years writing experience, with an emphasis on proposal and technical documentation. Prefer that three of the five years of experience be in tender compilation of IT industry.
3. Excellent presentation, written communication skills, very good command of English is required.
4. Sound project management skills and sales knowledge.
