Business Manager (1 position)
 

EA Consulting Asia Pacific Sdn Bhd (EA CAP), a MSC status, is a fast growing global consulting company that provides IT offshore outsourcing services to large businesses in the USA. Offshore outsourcing has a very promising trend as it is currently being championed by the Malaysian Government. EA CAP also believes that prospects in this industry are limitless as business opportunities are tapped globally.

Location: Malaysia

Reporting directly to VP of Strategic Marketing

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to target and secure new clients and opportunities within different market segments.
  • Familiar with Lotus Notes system for entering customer sales data, orders, tracking information gathering and troubleshooting.
  • Engaged in telemarketing for selling into the Asia Pacific & USA market. Will spend majority of time inside the sales office.
  • Identify and securing new opportunities for lead generations.
  • Drive customer satisfaction in terms of needs identification, response and relationship management.
  • Customer database management encompasses profile creation, validation and data integrity.
  • To achieve KPIs set for outbound/inbound telemarketing campaign and involved in developing constant sales strategy to ensure quota are met.
  • To train, develop and manage the Inside account management.
  • Customer Satisfaction - Call Quality by ensuring compliance to sales script and apply appropriate objection handling approach in maintaining service standards.
  • To lead the team towards exceeding the quarterly sales quota.

Job Requirements:

  1. Possess at least a Bachelor degree in Business/Marketing discipline or equivalent.
  2. A minimum of 8 years relevant working experience in business development or account management.
  3. Strong English and communication skills - both verbal and written.
  4. At least 5 years in developing and managing telesales team, with the ability to mentor and coach the team.
  5. Have a passion for telesales business development, customer relations, sales and marketing.
  6. With vast experience in IT solution field is a must.
  7. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels within an organization.
  8. Self drive, results oriented individual with a passion for excellence.
  9. Able to work under pressure.
  10. Strong personal drive & initiative, self motivated & committed to achieve sales result.
  11. Maintains rigorous and disciplined working standards. Open to flexible work hours.
