Reporting directly to VP of Strategic Marketing

Responsibilities:

• Involved in quarterly and yearly strategic planning as well as review periodical metrics and develop action plans to address the issues and challenges in sales process.
• Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitive developments, products and customers segmentation.
• Conducting and managing cyclical data gathering activities for strategic market intelligence and research purposes. Acting as the avenue to consult for the Group Management to make more informed decision for corporate planning.
• Participate in the planning process, business performance review and analysis; prepare reports, proposals and presentation materials.
• Collaborate and to support insides sales for improvement activities.
• Assist in analyzing organizational effectiveness, propose and implement improvement plans for the Business Unit to enhance sustainable business development.

Job Requirements:

1. Must be a recent MBA holder, with a Bachelor degree in Business Management, Marketing, Economics or Sales disciplines.
2. Previous work experience in Market research, or Corporate Strategic planning. Experience in organizational consulting, business process modeling, change management or process improvement projects consulting a definite advantage.
3. Must be adept at handling multiple priorities and time sensitivities in a fast paced environment.
4. A team player but also has the ability to work independently with strong strategic planning and interpersonal skills.
5. Good organizational agility and analytical skills with close attention to details..
6. A minimum of 8 years IT experience, with an emphasis on Sales, Proposal writing and preparation, presentations and market intelligence support.
7. Excellent command of English, both verbal and written communications.
8. Strategic and global team collaboration skills as shown by :
   
   a. Experience in working with a global team from different regions and ability to influence the decision making process.
   
   b. Demonstrated experience in dealing with people from diverse background and culture across geographies and ability to build alliances and long lasting business relationships.
   
   
9. Ability to learn and acquire in-depth product and market knowledge quickly. Ability to work under pressure.
10. Ability to provide leadership and direction in team environment in support of overall organizational objectives.
11. Maintains rigorous and disciplined working standards. Open to flexible work hours.
