Responsibilities:

Under the direction and guidance of the Research Manager, the Industry Analyst will be responsible for primary / secondary research role in analyzing the competitive landscape in the IT Services industries for provision to the company.

This position requires someone with good knowledge of the software industry and solutions such as SAP & CRM in the US & Asia Pacific. The candidate must be able to work independently in research projects, establish market expertise/insights in the industry. To conducts interviews with industry players such as distribution channel members, and end-users for the purpose of gathering primary data and producing research reports on market dynamics in the industry. Involved in quarterly and yearly strategic planning as well as review periodical metrics and develop action plans to address the issues and challenges in sales process

The Research Analyst is responsible for report writing and completing primary / secondary research studies within the defined time scales.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum bachelor degree in Business/Accounting/Economics disciplines or equivalent.
2. A minimum of 2-5 years working experience in IT services industry, market research, software product management, consulting, or business analysis with an emphasis in Enterprise / SME industry. Knowledgeable of US IT services market is an advantage.
3. Good knowledge of SAP & CRM solutions.
4. Possess strong analytical and report writing skills. Must be computer literate.
5. Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.
6. Strong quantitative/qualitative skills, time management with the ability to multi-task and meeting deadlines.
7. Developing and managing database for leads generation.
8. Required skill(s): MS Office, Powerpoint, Lotus Notes.
9. Maintains rigorous and disciplined working standards. Open to flexible work hours.
