Wong Chin King
Founder & Chief Executive Officer

CK is a visionary who believes in leveraging technology in the right manner. With this in mind, he has led multiple initiatives that has resulted in significant benefits to its customers and corporations. Under CK’s leadership, ea Inc. was acknowledged by Inc. 500 in 1999 and 2000 as one of the fastest growing privately held companies in the U.S.

CK is a strong believer in education. With this believe he successfully incubated PowerSchool, Inc., a web-based student information system company based in California where he served as Chief Financial Officer, and as a member of the Board of Directors. In March 2001, PowerSchool Inc. was acquired by Apple Computer, Inc amidst significant competition for acquisition.

CK was associated with various software companies in financial services and other industries. He realized the advantages world-class enterprise applications could provide to companies in their quest for business growth. He then went on to develop financial and logistics software applications for many organizations such as Apple and Lawson Software. With his business acumen, financial strength, and IT background, he has built a strong management team to support his vision.

CK holds a Bachelors Degree in Science specializing in Business Management with an emphasis in Management Information Systems from St. Cloud State University, Minnesota, USA.

Bob Chua Beng Hua
Vice President, Finance and Admin

Bob brings with him over 20 years of extensive experience in auditing, finance and commercial management functions spanning Financial, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Infrastructure and Export-Import Industries. His audit experience includes a stint in London, where he spent 4 years as a senior staff for a large global audit firm.

He was Financial Controller for an overseas trading subsidiary of United Engineers Ltd, which is listed on the Stock Exchange of Singapore. Bob was later promoted to Country Manager to head the country operations by demonstrating strong leadership, trading skills and business acumen. His last position was that of Regional Manager - Contracts for Group Trading Division, covering the South Asian Region.

As a key member of ea cap’s Senior Management team, he plays a major role in providing strategic financial guidance, planning and developing financial structures to support ea’s group business initiatives.

He is a qualified accountant and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), London, UK. He is also a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).

Abdul Mutallib Shamsudin
Vice President, Corporate Development and Investor Relations

Mutallib brings with him over 20 years of experience in Merchant Banking, Stock Broking, Corporate Advisory and IT Services.

He also has extensive experience in the areas of Mergers and Acquisitions, Initial Public Offerings, Corporate Restructuring and Private Equity.

In his managerial capacity in the Malaysian International Merchant Bankers (MIMB), he was instrumental in spear heading marketing, operations and customer service in Malaysia.

Subsequently, Mutallib joined Mohaiyani Securities Sdn Bhd as Manager and Head for Institutional of Businesses, wherein he was responsible for growing the practice multifold.

Mutallib holds a Bachelors Degree in Science, specializing in Business Administration majoring in Finance from St. Cloud State University, Minnesota, USA. He is a certified auditor for ISO Quality Systems.

Oon Hoe Lam
Vice President, Corporate Affairs and Human Resources

Aged 56 Years, Oon brings with him 28 years in the Financial and Banking Industry and was a Senior Divisional Manager prior to taking up the responsibility of Managing and Operating ea cap.

Oon has extensive experience in business and financial management. Under leadership, ea cap continues to grow, and sustain successful relationships with U.S. customers as an offshore outsourcing provider. Presently, he leads the key functions of corporate affairs and human resource.

Oon holds a MBA, with emphasis in MIS, from Owen Graduate School of Management, Vanderbit University, Tennessee, USA. He also holds a Bachelors Degree in Science, specializing in Agricultural Economics from Cornell University, New York, USA.

Bobby Varanasi 
Vice President, Business Strategy, Corporate Quality and Global Delivery 

Ramaprasad “Bobby” Varanasi brings with him over 15 years of experience in consulting and management across IT, Business Process services and building offshore operations. He served in various positions within Strategy Consulting, Country Market Development, Program & Risk Management, Service Delivery and Customer Relationship Management. He has extensive experience in the services globalization marketplace, having advised customers in the US, UK and Middle East regions. Bobby has also been extensively involved in large-scale engagements involving Strategic Planning, Process Reengineering, Pricing Strategies, Sourcing Relationships, Benefits Analysis, Business & Financial Modeling et al, contributing immensely to offshore outsourcing for clients. He led transitioning and program governance functions for shared services and third party service providers.

Bobby is Vice Chairman - Marketing & Branding for Outsourcing Malaysia, a not-for-profit industry organization formed to enable growth of Malaysia as an attractive outsourcing services destination. He is Member - Outsourcing Panel for the Malaysian government’s Small & Medium Industries Development Corporation (SMIDEC). He is an active member of the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP), and also represents Malaysian outsourcing industry at the Sourcing Interests Group (SIG).

Bobby is a Certified Outsourcing Professional (COP) awarded by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP). He also holds a Master’s Degree in Solid State Physics; a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (with specialization in Financial Services and Securities Markets), and is a certified ISO 9000 Quality Systems Auditor.
