Datuk Mohaiyani binti Shamsudin, Chairman

Datuk Mohaiyani is Chairman of the Board of ea. Prior to joining the board of Directors, Mohaiyani was operating and managing Mohaiyani Securities, a firm she founded nearly 20 years ago. She continued to play a key role in developing and growing the business, in the capacity of Managing Director, until recently, when Mohaiyani Securities was fully acquired by a local bank.

Mohaiyani is well respected for her strong knowledge and expertise in the stock broking industry. She is also a well-respected public figure, having established herself as a successful woman entrepreneur in Malaysia.

In the past, Datuk Mohaiyani held key positions that include:

• Chairman & Committee Member of the Association of Stockbroking Companies Malaysia (ASCM)
• Chairman of the Federation of Women Entrepreneur Association Malaysia (FEM)
• President of Bumiputra Women Entrepreneurs (Peniagawati)
• Member of the Capital Market Strategic Committee
• Member of the National Economic Action Council (NEAC)
• Member of the National Economic Consultative Council II (NECC II)
• Member of Ministry of Finance’s High Level Finance Committee for Corporate Governance
• Member of the Capital Market Advisory Council

Datuk Mohaiyani holds a Masters of Business Administration (Finance) from Cornell University, Ithaca, New York (USA) and a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) degree from Knox College, Glesburg, Illinois (USA).

CK was associated with various software companies in financial services and other industries. He realized the advantages world-class enterprise applications could provide to companies in their quest for business growth. He then went on to develop financial and logistics software applications for many organizations such as Apple and Lawson Software. With his business acumen, financial strength, and IT background, he has built a strong management team to support his vision.

CK holds a Bachelors Degree in Science specializing in Business Management with an emphasis in Management Information Systems from St. Cloud State University , Minnesota , USA.

Mr. Attan Akmar,  Independent Director

En Attan has over 14 years experience in the banking industry. Presently, he is an Executive Director of TA Securities and serves on the Board of Tenggara Oil Berhad as an Independent Non-Executive Director.

Attan holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from the University of Malaya, Malaysia. He also holds a diploma in Banking and Finance from the Institute of Bankers, Malaysia and presently, he is the Senior Associate of the said institute.
