attitudes as long as that attitude is not detrimental
to the organization,” Bobby said. While learning

will reach certain maturity in your experience and the
important thing is not to be set or rigid in you thinking.
I believe the key to living is making peace with oneself.
“
“ My reasons for joining ea cap
involve seizing the opportunity to assist an IT company,
ea cap (in the fiercely competitive services globalization
industry), to enhance upon its capabilities, and thereby
provide, in a small way, for Malaysia to become an attractive
investment and services supplier destination for western
buyers of services” Bobby added. He intends to
place the best of global practices (cross functions)
and to reuse them in a manner suitable for Malaysia.
“ I determine my personal successes
by consistently seeking to understand, evaluate, analyze
and assimilate corporate competencies and successes.
I set competitive dynamic future targets for myself
by planning a career path to continuously look to enhance
breadth of experience, and not just depth of expertise.”
Finally, constant encouragement and
support from his wife is essential for this high flyer.
